ringDNA CMO William Tyree recently spoke about the mental impact of sales. At AA-ISP Orange County’s regular meeting, William gave the group a presentation titled, “Navigating the Emotional Highs and Lows of Sales.”
William covered how to achieve and maintain the optimal mindset that salespeople need to truly help our prospects and customers.
Sales reps experience extreme highs and lows throughout their day-to-day profession. Sales is a roller coaster, from the highs of a big win to the lows of large loss, a rep can be subject to excitement and euphoria then suddenly frustration within a matter of days.
From William, the AA-ISP group learned how to cope with the harsh reality of sales, they not only can deal with their experiences but perform better within them. Sales leaders also learned how to coach their reps through these experiences so they can increase their team’s performance.
