RingDNA uses certain subprocessors to assist in providing RingDNA’s services. A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by RingDNA who agrees to receive personal data from RingDNA intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of RingDNA customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by RingDNA; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between RingDNA and the subprocessor.
RingDNA maintains an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all subprocessors. This list is below, or you can obtain a copy by contacting privacy@ringdna.com.
